1. Service

Oshu connects customers with independent transport partners for goods movement. Oshu is a technology platform, not a carrier.

2. Dispatch & matching

When you book, eligible partners nearby (typically within about five kilometres of pickup, with the same vehicle class) may receive your request. Map and ETA information is based on last known locations and is indicative.

3. Fares & overtime

Quotes include a defined window of service time from job start to completion. Time beyond that window may be charged per minute at the rate communicated in the app.

4. Handshake PIN

A one-time PIN may be shown to you to share with your assigned partner to start the job. Do not share bank OTPs or passwords.

5. Cancellations

Pending requests may be cancellable under app rules. After acceptance, restrictions or fees may apply.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oshu’s liability is limited to facilitating the connection between users and partners.
