Most bookings take under 60 seconds. Enter pickup & drop, choose a vehicle, confirm — done. A captain accepts within 2–3 minutes on average.
Are the captains background-verified?+
Yes. Every captain goes through Aadhaar-based KYC, driving licence verification, police background check and vehicle inspection before going live.
What payment methods are accepted?+
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking and cash. All digital payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I book inter-city deliveries?+
Yes. Our large trucks and container options support inter-city routes. Contact our enterprise team for regular lane rates and dedicated allocations.
What is the maximum weight per vehicle?+
Ranges from 25 kg (bike) to 20,000 kg (32ft container). Each vehicle listing shows exact capacity before you book.
What happens if the captain doesn't arrive?+
If a captain cancels or doesn't show up, we automatically find another captain immediately. If no captain is available, you get a full refund.
Is goods insurance available?+
Yes. Optional goods insurance (up to ₹5 lakh) can be added at booking. Claims are processed within 5 business days.
How do Oshu Coins work?+
