How quickly can I book a vehicle?+
Most bookings are confirmed within 2 minutes. Enter pickup & drop, choose your vehicle, and a nearby captain accepts instantly.
Are the captains verified?+
Yes. Every captain goes through KYC verification, document checks and training before they can accept rides on Oshu.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards and cash. All digital payments are secured with SSL encryption.
Do you offer inter-city delivery?+
Yes. Our large truck and container booking options support inter-city routes. Contact our enterprise team for regular routes and rates.
What is the Oshu Coin system?+
You earn 1 Oshu Coin for every 7 km of travel. Each coin is worth ₹1 and can be redeemed on your next booking. Coins never expire.
How do I become an Oshu Captain?+
Download the Oshu app, choose "Register as Captain", submit your KYC documents and vehicle RC. Approval takes 24–48 hours.
