Refund & cancellation policy

1. Overview

Refunds and cancellations depend on booking status, partner assignment, and the rules shown in the Oshu app at the time of booking. Amounts may be returned to the original payment method or credited per app policy.

2. Customer cancellations

If you cancel before a partner accepts, charges may be minimal or zero as shown in-app. After acceptance, cancellation fees or partial charges may apply to compensate the assigned partner and platform costs.

3. Partner / service issues

If a booking cannot be completed due to platform-verified issues (for example no-show where applicable), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund or rebooking as determined by support.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days; your bank or wallet provider may take additional time to post the amount.

5. Disputes

For billing questions, contact support through the app or our Contact page with your booking reference.
